The culinary scene nearby is fire! We discovered some local gems serving fresh, mouthwatering dishes that were unforgettable. Plus, the indoor pool was a total hit with my little ones. Everything was spotless. you can tell the owners truly care about this place.
The breakfast was just okay, needing some creative options for those with dietary restrictions. And that thin wall situation? You could hear everything—so if you’re hoping for peace and quiet, you might want to think twice!

missingWrote a review on Aug 09thin walls
The walls are annoyingly thin—conversations from neighboring rooms echo like they're in your own. The breakfast options leave something to be desired, with complaints about egg shells and limited selection. Getting fresh towels can be a hassle. housekeeping wouldn't come back when asked, which is a letdown. The pool might feel chilly for some, and a sticky note from management poking around in my room strikes an uneasy chord. Overall, for the costly rates, this doesn’t hit the mark for value.

Ideal for Couples Seeking Comfort
The room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was included and pretty good for a free breakfast, waffles and eggs were great, and the pool and jacuzzi also a nice touch.
It wasn’t exactly bargain prices but still acceptable.

I had a lovely time during my stay at Best Western in Harbor Springs. The staff were incredibly welcoming right from check-in. My room was clean, spacious, and had a nice setup with a kitchenette. I enjoyed the continental breakfast—they served real eggs and had a good selection. The indoor pool was a big hit with my family. However, the beds could use improvement. one side of my mattress felt like it had collapsed and was quite creaky, which made for a few restless nights. The noise from the street outside didn’t help either, making it tough to get uninterrupted sleep. A couple of the amenities, like the gym, could use some updates, especially mats for floor exercises. Overall, it was a solid stay with some hiccups in comfort and noise control.
